Welcome to New Legacy AI ("New Legacy AI," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, AI-powered services, and related products (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, brokerage, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Our Services

New Legacy AI provides AI-powered software and automation tools designed to assist businesses, including real estate professionals, with tasks such as:

  • Customer communication
  • Lead qualification
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Document analysis
  • Marketing assistance
  • AI chat and voice agents
  • Workflow automation

Our Services are intended to assist users—not replace professional judgment.

3. AI-Generated Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate responses, recommendations, summaries, and other content.

AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific situation.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with clients or third parties.

New Legacy AI does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

4. No Professional Advice

The Services do not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or licensed real estate advice.

Nothing generated by our AI should be interpreted as professional advice.

You remain responsible for all business decisions and for complying with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your password secure
  • Notify us of unauthorized account use
  • Accept responsibility for activities occurring under your account

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law
  • Infringe the rights of others
  • Upload malicious software
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with service availability
  • Reverse engineer or copy our software except as permitted by law
  • Use the Services to generate fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-generated when doing so would violate applicable law or regulations

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

7. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the information, documents, and content you submit to the Services.

You grant New Legacy AI a limited license to process your information solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

We do not claim ownership of your business data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and content, are owned by New Legacy AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our Services.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party providers such as CRM systems, communication platforms, cloud services, mapping services, or AI model providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services.

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Fees and Payments

Certain Services may require payment.

If you purchase a paid subscription:

  • Fees are billed according to your selected plan.
  • Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

11. Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Legacy AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will always be available.
  • AI-generated content will be accurate.
  • Errors will be corrected immediately.
  • The Services will meet every user's requirements.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Legacy AI and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising out of or relating to the Services.

Our total liability for claims arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to New Legacy AI during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless New Legacy AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable law
  • Your infringement of another person's rights

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Required by law
  • Necessary to protect the security or integrity of our platform

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other provisions intended to survive termination will remain in effect.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The revised version will become effective upon posting with an updated Effective Date.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program: The New Legacy AI messaging program sends and responds to text messages with people who have contacted us about real estate, sharing listing details, scheduling showings, answering questions, and following up on inquiries.

How to opt in: You consent to receive recurring text messages by texting our business number first, or by submitting a form on our website and agreeing to receive messages. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.

For help, reply HELP at any time, or email legal@new-legacy-ai.com.

To opt out, reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile opt-in consent or phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
